In order to always provide the best service Paws in Heaven offers these policies for your information

Since our pets decompose very quickly, it is important that you call us within the next 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service, Remember that you must pay when we arrive at the place and helping the economy of your house, ask for the convenient payment plan that we have for you.

Paws in Heaven returns the remains of your pets in a period of 7 to 10 business days and our expedited service of 2 business days, when your pet is ready to return home the Paws In Heaven team will contact you to notify you, after those 10 days you will have a period of 30 days to pick up your pet, after that time Paws In Heaven will dispose of the remains and is not responsible anymore for the pet.

At Paws in Heaven, we understand how difficult it is to lose a beloved pet. Our mission is to provide respectful and compassionate care while maintaining clear and organized procedures.

All services must be paid in full before the pet is picked up, including any applicable pick-up or delivery fees. This policy allows us to ensure proper handling and timely service for every family we serve.
In some cases, immediate payment may not be possible. In these situations, Paws in Heaven may receive the pet and place it on hold (in cold storage) for a maximum of 2 calendar days, while waiting for the full payment to be completed.
During this holding period, no cremation or related services will be performed until the total balance is paid, including any transportation fees if requested.
If the payment is not received within the 2-day period, the service will be canceled, and the pet will be returned to the owner's home address. In such cases, the delivery cost will be added to the outstanding balance as a separate service and must be paid accordingly.
