REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
In the event of cancellation of the contract by The Customer, the following cancellation only 85% of the total payment will be refunded to The Customer as cancellation charges, however If the pet moves to another city, gets lost, or is stolen before needing the contracted services, The Customer may transfer the services to another pet.
Notify Paws in Heaven about the situation as soon as possible and provide the necessary information about the new pet.
