In order to always provide the best service Paws in Heaven offers these policies for your information

Since our pets decompose very quickly, it is important that you call us within the next 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service, Remember that you must pay when we arrive at the place and helping the economy of your house, ask for the convenient payment plan that we have for you.

Paws in Heaven returns the remains of your pets in a period of 7 to 10 business days and our expedited service of 2 business days, when your pet is ready to return home the Paws In Heaven team will contact you to notify you, after those 10 days you will have a period of 30 days to pick up your pet, after that time Paws In Heaven will dispose of the remains and is not responsible anymore for the pet.

Once your pet's remains are ready to be delivered and you paid for the delivery service, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. After coordinating the delivery with the client and the call fails or the door is not answered, it will be counted as an attempted delivery. Therefore, the client must go to the facility to collect the remains of their pet without the right to a refund for the payment of delivery.
